In response to a request for comment, Liat Edri, a realtor professional with Realty One Group Dockside, did not reply. Indigo Hotel, LLC, according to Horry County Land Records, owns the property. According to the South Carolina Business Entities Online database, Daniel Harrar is the registered agent. A request for comment from Harrar before publication was not answered.

According to Horry County Land Records, the hotel previously sold for $3.9 million in February 2024.
