Deion Sanders, the head coach of the Colorado Buffaloes football team who is widely known as “Coach Prime,” famously called the Georgia Dome “my house” on Oct. 16, 1994.

At the time, Sanders was the star cornerback for the San Francisco 49ers returning to Atlanta to play the Falcons, the team that had employed him for the previous five years. It was a prime-time matchup for the player known as “Prime Time,” and Sanders delivered, returning an interception 93 yards for a touchdown, contributing to the 42-3 rout of the Falcons.

After the game, he uttered his famous words during postgame remarks. 

“I’ve got one thing to say, and this is my house,” Sanders said. “I built this, and this is my house.”

A viral post has superimposed a Buffs logo in old footage, making it appear as if he had played the Buffs. He never did.
